"At the Customer, For the Customer" (ACFC) seeks to bring the best practices of the General Electric organization, including Six Sigma and business solutions, to each of our clients.

Our goal is to make our clients more successful by sharing the entire GE toolkit.

We take the time to understand each client’s organization and unique challenges. We try and help identify strategies and solutions to make fast, lasting changes with bottom-line results.   

Two recent examples of services provided to our clients through ACFC include:

    A Treasury department was challenged to reduce the cost of cash management balances of non-interest earning assets.

    We delivered an on-site workshop to introduce the entire finance organization to Six Sigma quality, trained a client resource in Six Sigma, and coached a Six Sigma project. The project resulted in over $200,000 in client benefits.

    A new CEO was struggling with employees resisting change.

    We delivered eight workshops to 55 key executives using the GE Change Acceleration Process tools and techniques.
