Investments are typically made in U.S. publicly traded stocks with a market capitalization exceeding $1 billion. The typical range of stocks held in the strategy is between 85-110. Once a stock is identified as relatively undervalued, the team performs additional fundamental analysis to determine if there is a sufficient catalyst to unlock hidden value over a three to four-year time horizon. Important fundamental criteria considered for inclusion in the strategy include financial condition, management quality, strategic direction, consistency of earnings trend, industry fundamentals and ability to grow market share.
