GE Asset Management Help

Browser Requirements and Downloads

The minimum browser requirements for the GE Asset Management website are: Internet Explorer 8.0 or Mozilla Firefox 3.6.

If you have an earlier version of these browsers, you may not be able to utilize some of the site's functionality, or access its information or links.

Please use the following links to download a newer version of either Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer:

What is Encryption / Why is it important to me?

To ensure security, we encrypt all information between your PC and GE. Using secured browsers and 128-bit encryption technology, you can be assured security is our number one priority.

128-bit encryption is the process of scrambling information (typically for data transmission) so that it can only be reassembled in its original clear text format by someone who has the correct encryption key to do so. When used between you and GE, this encryption technology allows you to encode (or encrypt) your personal information as you send it to us, which only GE can decrypt. Likewise, when we send personal or account information to you, this technology allows us to encode it, which then only you can decode.

How do I login to view my Client Specific information?

After you receive your initial ID and Password, login to the secure portion of the website- go to www.geam.com and click the "Client Login" button. Enter your ID and Password then click "Submit" (Id and Password is case-sensitive).

Once logged-in, open your Client Report by clicking the appropriate date from the drop down list.

**We recommend that you update your initial ID and Password (first time login only). We suggest that you use a combination of letters and numbers for your Password - a combination that only you can remember.
